Blooming Readers

Eight Roses Reading Initiative

The Eight Roses Blooming Reading Initiative is designed to educate, engage, and build meaningful relationships with children and communities through interactive storytime experiences. The program fosters early literacy, emotional development, and community connection while equipping volunteers with valuable communication and leadership skills.

  • Encourage emotional awareness and social development in children

  • Build strong relationships between Eight Roses and local schools, childcare centers, and community organizations

  • Provide volunteers with hands-on experience in storytelling, youth engagement, and community outreach
